Kabwe-based rapper BrokenHill Emmy has dropped the official music video for his latest track, “Burial”.

It’s heartbreaking how people who never stood by you in life suddenly appear when you’re gone. The same faces that were absent when you needed support the most, now gather at your funeral, bringing flowers and shedding tears as if they truly cared. It’s like they’re trying to ease their own guilt by giving you a beautiful send-off, but deep down, you know it’s all just for show. That love they never gave while you were alive feels hollow now.

What hurts the most is knowing that all those kind words, those gestures of affection, and those flowers could have made a real difference if only they had been given while you were still here. Instead, they wait until you’re no longer around to see it. It’s a painful reminder that sometimes, people only show up when it’s too late, when the chance to make things right has already slipped away.
