Macky 2 Drops “Winsula” Music Video
Olijaba Entertainment has officially released the visuals for Macky 2’s latest single “Winsula”, a powerful remake of the iconic Glorious Band classic, “Kansunte”.
Directed with emotion and depth, the Winsula music video breathes new life into the over 20-year-old Kalindula hit that explored themes of love, aging, and shifting marital dynamics. The original Kansunte tells the story of a man who begins to stray from his wife, drawn to younger women, as he views his partner as old and deformed.
In the Winsula video, Kili, a popular social media creator, delivers a compelling performance as the wife. Her role anchors the story visually, adding a fresh perspective to a classic narrative.
The video also features special appearances by the two surviving members of the Glorious Band: Derrick Mwansa and Christian Kenda, a beautiful nod to their legacy and a heartfelt bridge between generations of Zambian music.
