One of the most successful Zambian musicians internationally has been nominated in the Namibian Annual Music Awards 2016. Roberto is nominated in the “Pan African Artist of the Year” category sponsored by Standard Bank Namibia. Roberto faces competition from acts like Davido, P-Square, AKA and Heavy K who are also nominated in the same category.
The 6th Namibian Annual Music Awards Ceremony will be taking place in April 2016. The main NAMA2016 Award ceremony will be held in Windhoek at Ramatex on Saturday 30 April 2016. The NAMA2016 Industry Awards will be held at The National Theatre of Namibia on Friday 29 April 2016.
The Amarulah hitmaker enjoyed success in 2015 across the African continent and its no surprise that he has been nominated. Roberto becomes the first Zambian Solo Act to be nominated for the Namibian Annual Music Awards.
